Ok so I've got a bit of shit on my plate. The place I'm staying at is legally still my place, the one in agawam. I was never taken off the lease. Well Matt and I have 2 weeks to come up with $1,000 else we are evicted. I'm not happy bout it and idk what we are going to do.

Bogyguards = big no no to club managers. If you plan on having a body guard with you, DO NOT tell the manager. Have the bodyguard pay the door fee every night you work.
Best bet is to find a club where there are BOUNCERS. Those clubs are generally better money (since they can pay for bouncers on the pay roll) and a lot safer (since you have muscle there to kick ass). However, those clubs probably will NOT ever allow a bodyguard. Rockstars had one dancer whose "bodyguard" paid his way into the club every night. My current club, out in Hawaii, does not allow boyfriends to come into the club, let alone bodyguards. We do, however, have about 10 bouncers in the club every night. Two at door, one at each stage, one near the private dance room, and the rest wander around, keeping the peace.
I would nix the bodyguard idea and find a really really nice club where you can have a bouncer at stage and at door and walk you from ITC to OTC.
Also, join up on stripperweb.com and ask the girls there - they may have a better idea about bodyguards. Also, read the hustle hut forums on there - it is totally worth it. After reading hustle hut, I finally made my first $1500 night last week. feels pretty damn good.
if you can, also grab a day job. That way you dont have to claim taxes on your dancer money, just claim taxes on your day job money. :)

Some clubs allow women in for free - others dont. Make sure your bodyguard is at least 21, though, in case you run into any 21 and over clubs (which there are some out there...)
