I don't really have a recipe. I just start throwing stuff in & tasting til it gets the way I like it.
This is what I added: tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, celery, green onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin, lime juice, salt & pepper. Blended that all together for the base.
Then stirred in diced cucumber, fresh corn, diced tomato & chopped avocado.
