Ok. this is an open call for anyone with information about a good tattooer.
im planning on getting a new one for my birthday but i would like to be very detailed so im not willing to just go to anyone. cost really isn't an issue i just really want talent.
i also want to start going to them soonish so we can come up with ideas early so the sooner the better. =)
