Rain, rain and more rain.
This calls for a work rant/ramble. XD;;
First things first, in the morning, it was cold, it was raining, and my nose leaked like no one's business. And the skin between my nose and my mouth almost had a rash because of my nose-blowing.
I came to work half an hour early, since the potted plant woke me up at 7.30 with its loud bang. (No one closed the windows so the wind and rain came in. ^^;;) For at least three and a half hours I was sniffling and blowing my nose off, and being groggy didn't help at all. I only 'woke up' at 12+, and that's only because my body's warmed up enough, and my nose stopped leaking.
My male manager, for some reason, changed my schedule to 7 instead of 5 without telling me. I think the reason was that the only other cashier coming is at 6.
Mmhm. That I can take.
Then, the stupid ass of a bitch had the cheek to message me that she won't be coming to work AT ALL because of some school meeting.
Obviously I was pissed. The manager in charge of the shift was also pissed.
So I messaged her back, "Oh that's good. Thank you for the money. Next time when you sabo like this, you get no pay. So thank you for the free labour."
You know what she said? "I already got Ma'am's fucking threat la! Tell her if she want me to work I come at 7.30."
If her attitude is like that, then I don't think I'll let such a person work in my store.
Even one of my regular customers asked, "Are you working night shift?" And she usually comes in the morning with one of her sons.
Ah lamenting.
And you know what's the best part about that stupid ass of a bitch? Yesterday she was happily walking in and out of the store, even the kitchen and office area, NOT IN uniform with her loud annoying voice, proclaiming that she wasn't working that day.
My lady manager, the one in charge of today's shift, told me, "The next time that woman comes in without wearing her uniform, we can accuse her of stealing money, because she was walking in and out without uniform."
Oh sure, I know that you are studying at Republic Poly, and taking private night classes to retake your O level Physics (why the hell do you want to do that? Be happy that you are getting a Diploma through your Poly *annoyed*), but think about it. If you can't work, then don't work at all. Concentrate on your studies, and don't waste your study time coming to the workplace and disturbing everyone around.
Now that's settled...
I can't wait to start school. Classes start in November, and the first payment has already been paid.
