I LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!!!
Has anyone else noticed that a healthy portion of my journal entries start off with me assuring everyone that I'm actually still alive? That should tell me something about myself, I'm just not sure what.
Anyhoo! Things are basically FRICKING INSANE around here lately, but that should surprise no one. Things are frequently like that. I am starting to believe I'm a magnet for chaos. Or possibly just a sado-masichist who enjoys trying to do waaaaaay too much all at once. But somehow I manage to...uh...manage. Yes.
Basically, school continues to try and eat my soul (I've decided that it is the goal of the Sheridan Animation program to crush our spirits and then send us out into the industry broken and desolate. But maybe that's just me) and what is left of my soul once I get done with all the scholarly business is chewed on routinely by rehearsals. However, I am DONE painting the sets so I can stop freaking out about THAT one (I probably didn't mention - I am doing the sets for my show this time around and it was basically the craziest decision I ever made. Seriously, someone MUST have slipped me crack when I volunteered for that one).
I would love to say that I'm in a lull right now, but I'm really not. I've handed in a whole butt load of stuff today, but all that really does is make room for all the rest of the stuff I've got to do. Plus, the show opens in...um....just over two weeks (HOLY SHIT) and...yeah. I'm officially certifiable.
In other news, I recently bought the soundtrack for Little Women the musical and I freaking love it. This should surprise no one as I have never met a musical that I didn't like, but this one has been on repeat on my car stereo and my iTunes since...um, last Wednesday or some such. It's so awesome. Yay, yay, yay.
And...now I'm out of stuff to say. So I suppose that's toodles for now!
