Random Post of Randomness :)
First things first: Punxsutawnsey Phil saw his shadow, which means six more weeks of winter. Stupid rodent :):) And second, it's time for a random post of randomness:
1. US Nationals were this past weekend, and our newest crop of ice dancers and skaters are all wonderful. I've put my dislike of Chock and Bates aside and I'm hoping they win the gold medal at Worlds in March. I'm also glad that the Russian skaters are no longer able to destroy the ladies competition with their multitude of quads with zero artistic flair.
2. I've been rewatching Pretty Little Liars simply because I wanted to watch the reveal of Charles/Charlotee aka Cece Drake--it was completelly over the top but I liked it.
3. The Flash's eigth and final season will be starting this month and I'm determined to watch to the bitter end--it will be hard because Chester Runk is the lamest, dullest and flat out stupidest character to exist on TV. I feel sorry that the actress playing Allegra has to deal with this nitwit,
4. Cindy Williams passed away this week and I love that she and Penny Marshall's Laverne and Shirley set such a high bar for female comedic actresses. They were unafraid to look goofy and their use of physical comedy was a highlight of many an episode.
5. The Philadelphia Eagles are going to the Super Bowl and while I'm happy for the team and their fans, the constant news stories are starting to wear me out.
