Yesterday we went sailing with Dad's friend Stuart, all of us except John. It was a really great day, fun and relaxing, but hot. We all came home and took naps, feeling completely sun soaked. I did some sailing, but I was pretty nervous about it because I had forgotten some things about sailing and because I wasn't used to sailing with a jib.
While we were waiting for Dad and Stuart to finish putting the sails away and tying up the ropes, Mom, Sarah, and I saw two ducks, which we decided were Henry and Henrietta. They were looking around for food and running away from small children, and when a woman in a wheelchair came by, Henry flew into the water, and Henrietta had trouble finding him again.
Tonight I'm making Mom's ricotta walnut pasta sauce, but right now we're enjoying a relaxing time with the tube. Plus I found a bunch of cool new icons.
