i finally have a diagnosis!
My new psychiatrist has made a diagnosis of bipolar type 1. i guess i'm relieved. he still doesn't have my old records which sucks. anyway, i feel about the same as ever. he kept my meds the same. business as usual.
i start work tomorrow. i'm a little nervous, but i look forward to it. i want to do more volunteering. the catholic student association has some opportunities, but the first one conflicts with work. i want to see if i can get a group from gensler together to do design and build work for habitat.
i finished reading the tao of pooh. very peaceful and lighthearted. i especially like when the author has conversations with pooh. i think next i want to read more of nouwen's work or maybe reread some old favorites.
