Yay for finally running a shift
Well yesterday was the day I ran my first shift alone. It was alright, but it could have been better. For one, I locked my keys in the office and had to have someone bring their keys so I could open the office back up. Then I also have to help the two girls in grill learn breakfast and I am trying the hands on method and letting them learn by themselves. The one girl kind of knows how to do it, its just getting them faster on everything now so I can make sure the store is ready when the morning managers come in. Blech. And since overnight only happens two days a week, its two days that I have to get them use to things and hope that they remember for the next weekend. I made a list for them of things to do so I don't have to tell them the whole time, but we will see tonight how things work out. Yea, I am just glad the first night is over. I hope tonight isnt as busy as last night.
