Well, where were we? Ah yes, slowly drifting towards the oblivion without a care in the world. While we listen to Martha Stewart rant on Sirius, we have a nine-year-old boy committing a murder-suicide in North Carolina. While we wait for a new Pope to be elected, another young girl is abducted by a known sex-offender in Florida, and they just found the body. While Tom DeLay is undergoing scrutiny for a fund-raising scandal, a bus carrying children to school collides with a garbage truck in Arlington, Va. One child died, 14 were seriously injured. What are we to do?
Last week, on the 13th actually, there was a recommended day of silence for gay rights. Now, I may be wrong about this, but isn't silencing yourself to promote a cause kinda detrimental to the whole concept of protesting? Saying you're being silent to protest the silencing of "blank", just fill it in with your cause, may sound like a good idea, but it isn't. If you know someone who cannot raise their voice loud enough to be heard, do not be as silent as they, pick up the slack! When there is a man with no voice, there we shall shout!

This is the newest message from the far right wing. This group began it's mission in 1959, in the state of Florida by one D. James Kennedy. This was a time that the Billy Grahm method was gold. So he was overlooked, until the PTL came along with the Moral Majority riding it's coat tails. One of the higher ups in this institution is former Alabama state chief justice Roy Moore. Don't remember him? He's the guy that had a 5,300 pound statue of the Ten Commandments, which was made out of granite, and had it put out in front of the court house. Still no recollection? How about this, he proposed a bill that would allow the state to legally execute, EXECUTE, "practicing" homosexuals. He doesn't care if your shirt is brown, or even if your sheets are white! He only cares about two things, winning America over for God, and killing gays like the SS taught him. Whatever happened to blessed are the peace keepers, for they shall inherit the kingdom of heaven?
All right, this topic was recommended. Now then, let's say that girl A and guy B are going out, girl C is unaware of this. Now, guy B and girl C start fooling around and girl A finds out about it. Girl A automatically freaks out at girl C, leaving guy B completely off the hook. Why is girl C facing the brunt of this storm? Why isn't guy B getting the same degree of verbal abuse? Guy B had as much, if not more, to do with it as girl C did. So, ladies and gentlemen, what is the lesson here? That humans are weak and pathetic creatures who need to be forgiven? Yes. Forgive those who need to be forgiven and punish those who need to be punished.
