Coffee or Fresh Fruit Smoothy or Tblspn Oatmeal/Bran

Lunch
Vit C Drink or Protein shake or Steamed Fish

Supper before 4pm
Steamed vegetables

Water throughout day..I am determined not to be fat ANYMORE.
1 hour Cardio a day..STEP IT UP GIRL!
