They're Luna's children alright. A bit creepy, but good. I like it. I like your Turquoise-verse, actually. Are Lysander and Lorcan going to be important to the main storyline? Very nicely done.

Thanks, I worked hard on their language pattern to make them seem as odd as I've always thought Luna should be.

Sadly no, the twins aren't playing a huge part, but they are a look into the future of the Turquoise-'verse. The sequel to this story has been posted here: http://kitfallen.livejournal.com/15727.html It holds some hints to the future of the Turquoise plot, but it's coded in the twin speech, because I'm evil like that.

You know what you're really good at? Subtlety. Had this story overtly screamed, "LORCAN AND LYSANDER ARE GROWING UP AND GROWING APART, BUT NOT REALLY, AS IT'S JUST SUMMAT TWINS DO (NOT THAT THIS MAKES THEM LIKE IT ANY BETTER), AND THEY'LL BE ALL RIGHT", it wouldn't be as poignant. So, once again, wonderful work. *

Hehe, it wouldn't have been much of a story if I had right out said something like that. Of course, as there aren't many Lorcan and Lysander fics out there in the first place, I suppose I could have done pretty much anything to the boys and people would have been fine with it.

The amusing part is that while writing it, I didn't know where I was going with the plot, but then I took a step back, rearranged a few things and suddenly everything just clicked together rather nicely. I love it when stories do that.

By the way, the sequel has been posted here: http://kitfallen.livejournal.com/15727.html

Yay! More Turquoise-verse!

I suppose I should actually go read Turquoise at this point... >.>

I do love your characterizations though. You have such a talent for giving each character a unique voice, which I really admire and envy.

Hehe, I seem unable to get away from writing tons of the sidestories to the Turquoise-'verse ( ... )
