1. I am the failing of my piano teacher. I played (ha...) for about a year, two years ago. The teacher started me off with the basics, but I really didn't want to play any "Mary had a little lamb"s. I found a book of easy Lloyd Webber for beginners, and I went from "ABC" to "Think of Me". It drove the teacher crazy.
No wonder she stopped teaching children by the end of the year.
Guitar, on the other hand, I taught myself.
2. I scribble and doodle all over the place, mostly on places that "aren't intended for it", i.e. the walls, my desk...I actually have a very cheerful colored pencil and sharpie drawing on my bedroom wall.
3. I have a rather creepy stalker (Don't worry, he's harmless) back from my days in Wicked. He's (sort of) hit on me, and the funniest part is that he's probably gay.
And he called me whilst I was in Poland. Jeez...
4. About three years ago, my parents took away my bedroom door and cut off my electricity as a punishment for locking the door to my room.
Around the same time they took all my belongings, packed them up loosely and dumped them on the porch in the rain as punishment for a messy room.
That's how I lost my signed photo of Julie Andrews.
I still haven't forgiven them.
5. Netanel gave me the nickname, "Cutest Little Weirdo".
6. I had three pairs of glasses: The first broke (gold-rimmed, very nerdy-looking, especially with the bite-plate I had then), the second lost (blue, springy frames), the third stolen (rectangular lenses, clear purple frames, detachable nose piece. One minute I took them off for rehearsal, the next they were gone. Gotta love Beit Zvi...).
7. I never finished writing the thank-you notes from my bat mitzvah. Sorry, World. Deal with it.
8. The last thing I see before I fall asleep is Little Cosette on my wall.
