A typical "morning"

Oct 22, 2020 15:07

I'm up and moving around 1300 while struggling with the aches and pains of waking. I had a cup of food to distribute to the cats, but wouldn't you know it, the one that needed it the most turned up her nose at it.

So after getting my first round of meds ingested, I end up giving everyone their first typical meal. Boo is finally eating, her usual duo of cod and "stinky fish," Rachel Ray's Sardine and Mackerel, a combination that even cuts through an allergy-infested stuffy nose.

I poured myself about 16 oz of Pepsi and came back to bed, only to be reminded that I still haven't taken my meds, which could be due to the fact that I used up my last packet yesterday. I really loathe packaging meds, especially when I need them like yesterday, but it's a necessary evil, so I usually entertain myself with some random show on Prime while I'm doing it.

On to other topics… dogpatch1149 and I are in the middle of a six-month separation, and I don't feel terribly optimistic about it. It isn't that I don't want to be with him, it's that I think it's going to prove more than I can handle physically and mentally. I have a really tough time handling the stress of multiple people in a household. I start having fibromyalgia flares and end up withdrawing, only to find that I'm missing out on everything going around me.
