It is 9am Sunday morning. Though I was very good about being up early for a few months (at least Monday-Friday), it became apparent for a while that only Sunday would offer a moment to sleep in, to relax. Sunday through Wednesday were unusually good days, actually. I ate well, slept less, and made it to 3 meetings.Thing sort of crashed Thursday, as I was tired and somewhat sleep-deprived and really didn't have much to do.
