January 9, 2013 --Richard Nixon would have turned 100 today. In honour of the Nixon cenntenial, but how will I celebrate? These are possible, Nixon-inspired ideas:
Lie to the federal government? Increase war funding? Demand more official power? Ram through extremist legislation? Proclaim your Keynesianism while pursuing Friedman monetarism? Be a paranoid megalomaniac? Keep a list of all those who have crossed you? Keep a list of all those you think are subversive? Appeal to the "silent majority"? Record all your conversations? Say derogatory comments about all minorities?
Of course, should one elect not to do these, they can always say "I'm from Massachusetts."
