to the tune of a pop song

Something incredible occurred late this afternoon/early this evening: I got out of the house. Not only did I do that, but somehow, the radio knew I needed a pick-me-up: "Breathe" by Pink Floyd played. For those not in the know, that is an opening track on Pink Floyd's 8th studio album, The Dark Side of the Moon (1973). For whatever reason, that is my favourite track on the entire album, which is, in itself, my favourite album of all time. I once read part of a critique of the lyrics, as having some sort of bent about capitalism. Oh well. I was looking, just now, to see if I could find any shred of that, but I couldn't. I imagine it is out there, somewhere...

I've lost all interest in this entry, but I think that first paragraph should stand.
