"She came in through the bathroom window, protected by her silver spoon..."

By week 3 of a 10 week term, I think it's pretty safe to say that patterns are established and that one should begin stressing about mid-terms. Damn.

Things are, however, pretty good all in all. I feel like I broken record typing that, but meh. It's true, damnit. I think Tuesday is my nice and relaxing day of the week, which is odd. In any event, yesterday was spent sleeping in, two classes on Russia, eating pizza, hanging out with friends, and watching The Royal Tenenbaums. The problem, of course, is that now, Wednesday, I feel kinda sluggish and reluctant to do much, but I know I can't do that. Today is 2 classes and work. Ugh.

I just want to lay in bed, eat doritos and pizza and watch a movie. That's another way I know it's about the middle of the quarter: the overwhelming desire to take 2 days off: 1 to veg, and the other to study like I've never studied before.

Also, I keep reflecting on the summer. Most of the past week or so I have been listening to Neil Young. I bought a fourth album (On the Beach) and have been listening to the classic Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere. Summer, I hardly knew ye. It's okay though, cause the school year is pretty good.

Oh, and I'm dangerously low on money. Like, if I spent responsibly, I could totally be comfortable and have more money than I know what to do with, but come on, there's a candy sale at Longs, half-price pizza Tuesdays at Straw Hat are good, and yeah. Now, if I just got a damned vegetarian cookbook and cooked here, I could probably save money and lose weight, and thus kill with one stone the two birds that I desperately wish were dead, but that's like, logical.

Logic and Michaels don't mix. Especially on a Wednesday. Hasta luego.
