Bright sunshiny day
So today is grocery day. Every Saturday is grocery day. Whether it is sunny, or raining. Whether we are hungover or sick, we always do the grocery shopping on Saturday. So, today we knew it would be a round 40 degrees but we also knew we had to go grocery shopping. so off we went, we walked to Chapel street, which is about 25 minutes away. It felt hot but I thought "It isn't that bad". We spent a total of three hours walking around on Chapel Street and doing our shopping. Then we get home and discover that it was 46 degrees outside, the hottest temperature on record for Melbourne. No wonder I was dizzy and weak. And, here we are thinking "Geez, you'd think people would still go outside when it is 40 degrees, it is not that bad". Well, it was that bad.
