Yesterday, today and tomorrow

Yesterday:
                   Wake up.
                   Eat a piece of toast.
                   Go to Gym.
                   10 minutes on Elliptical machine.
                    5 minutes of jogging
                   45 minutes of Body Combat.
                   45 minutes of Body Pump.
                   Come Home.
                   Eat Lunch.

Today:  
                  Wake up.
                  Eat a piece of toast.
                  Go to Gym.
                  10 minutes on Elliptical machine.
                   5 minutes of jogging.
                  45 minutes of Body Combat.
                  45 minutes of Body Pump.
                  Come Home.
                  Eat Lunch.

Tomorrow: 
                  Wake up.                   Eat a piece of toast.
                  Go to Gym.
                  10 minutes on Elliptical machine.
                   5 minutes of jogging.
                  45 minutes of Body Combat.
                  45 minutes of Body Pump.
                  Come Home.
                  Eat Lunch.

That is pretty much what I have done five days a week, every week of my holidays and I will continue to (except for two weeks at Christmas) until uni starts again in late February. It ain't exciting but it keeps me going.
