Summary: Cute Banker Guy from "The Blind Banker" and Ginger Police Officer from "Scandal In Belgravia" aren't even introduced to each other before being forced to share the remaining leather chair in 221b's sitting room.
They sat very close together, after they were both forced to share the leather chair in the living room of 221B Baker Street.
Sherlock Holmes could be an intimidating man when he wanted to be, and neither of them had it in them to refuse the barked order.
The thing about leather, though, is that it heats up quickly. And young Ginger Police Officer, as the banker mentally referred to him as, was very warm. Radiating it, practically.
It must have been his hair. It was so bright and flame like.
He wasn't quite sure what they were all doing there, squashed into the small sitting room already jam packed with worrying accoutrements. From what he could tell, they'd all been around to witness the detective's unique investigation style at some point or other.
He tried to subtly figure out what his seat-mate's story was. He looked young, maybe mid-twenties at most. Too clean and puppy like to be anything but a low ranking PC.
His seat-mate caught his subtle stare and shuffled nervously. He even bit his lip.
This was either going to be the longest time he'd shared a seat with someone for very good reasons, or very bad reasons.
Catching the blush spreading on the cute ginger guy's face, he was hoping for the former.
