Happy Easter
Am I the only one that thinks the best thing about Easter is Jelly Belly jelly beans? My favorite flavor is juicy pear. What's yours?
On a side note, I had this lovely plan as of yesterday afternoon to go out today, wander to Monty's for something yummy, explore a chocolate shop someone mentioned to me recently, maybe stop off at A Woman's Touch and make a stop at Brennan's for some cumin-infused aged gouda. Then, around 7pm, it suddenly dawned on me that it wasn't gonna work that way since most of the planet celebrates Easter! It also reminded me that I need to call my parents unless I want a severe scolding later this week!
Update: We ended up calling to discover Monty's was in fact open. Thanks for suggesting I check with them on that, sparkane, and for joining us for a bite, a walk and lovely conversation! Sadly, the chocolate shop, Brennan's and A Woman's Touch were all closed. And here I was hoping to get a rabbit on Easter!!!! ;)
