10 things that make you happy RIGHT NOW:
(taken from Mistee's hourmal)
1)Having a new crush (no names mentioned here in fear of jinxage)
2)One more Arts tutorial for the semester before exams
3)I took my industrial out and got it back in by myself
4)singing to Marilyn Monroe's "Santa baby"
5)downloading techno
6)talking about a roadtrip to PEI so I can see the ocean (I have never seen the Atlantic before! You can go surfing in PEI heh heh)
7)being invited to someone's birthday/end of exams before I come home (literally the night before)...(no names mentioned :/)
8)listening to McFly & Busted-it reminds me of summertime
9)tomorrow is dec. 1 - dad's b-day, beginning of advent, the countdown to Christmas, but more importantly WHEN I"M HOME FOR CHRISTMAS
10)I like when it snows, though it has only snowed twice and not lately
I odn't get happy easily, or maybe little things make me happy? I prefer to think the second, but hey that was a hard thing to do!!!
SO I have been really busy between winding down the semester, preparing for exams and just the Christmas festivities beginning around campus...well, the house, because I dont really partake in campus events. Mono is going around though, two girls in MAckenzie alone have it, one being a good friend of mine, so i had to go and checked out. I am safe...for now. Its pretty gross. I sleep a lot, but that's my own fault when I am spending so much time learning a dead language (Greek) into the still of the night. So i should say I NAP a lot. And there's just never time for Oprah anymore *sigh*
I put Xmas lights up in my room, though, so that makes me happy. And I am going to wrap my door up in parcel paper...well, its a littel higher calss thatn parcel paper, its like somewhere between parcel paper and coffee bean paper, and write a Christmas poem all over it in big writing. So much cooler than just tinsel, like everyone else. I'll take a picture.
So Tom told me that I sholdn't be at UNB for creative writing, that St. Thomas (STU) is teh school to go to for anything in teh creative arts. They are nothong but an Arts University, granted Christain, but still. They actaully are affiliated with UNB, basically share a campus, ans someof the students from STU even have classes on the UNB campus. The best wat to describe it is like UW and St. Jeromes. Or I think UWO has something like that too. But STU is only Arts. And Tom told me his sister is graduating this year from writing and going to grad school in the UK.
I thought it was snowing just now! it's not....
Anyways, Tom is a guy in my house, by the way. Tom Fletcher hasnt been sending my subliminal messages again (haha again..I wish). So I think i might look into transferring universities. I dunno, atleast I am not thinking of coming home still, right?
I dont really have a lot to say. just random thougth coming in and out of my mind so maybe I should just quit while I'm ahead.
