(no subject)
K so I took the kids to get hair cuts yesterday. They informed me that Nome had severe head lice. WHAT?!?!?!?! Ok whatever....... so i did all the crap they told me too. But they are gone after the shampoo I worked really hard and found nothing else. So I got confused. Then I think about it... humm Nome was playing in a sand box this weekend and we hadn't washed her hair since then. Grrrr so I think she NEVER had headlice but they just said so. This morning I had to have the nurse give her a clean bill. But when we got up I checked her head again and found some more black spots... again they flaked off and looked like sand. So.... had to keep her home for 24 hrs then try again. The school recomended that I keep Lil home too just in case.
So today has been washing everything, including hair and clothes. We have all got clean hair and clean beds and all the furniture is clean. Now I have to vacumme. I also decided that leaving the home alone while I voted just seemed slightly illegal. So... I had my kids in line with me for an hour or so but they were angel and were so good for everyone. They loved seeing what voting was like.
