Okay, I've just about had it with one little thing pertaining to the Final Fantasy VII fandom and just need to rant about it! Everyone who's played Final Fantasy VII or has just been too lazy to go out and buy a copy for themselves to play it and just looked everything about it up on the net knows that Aerith Gainsborough was born of Ifalna, an Ancient or Cetra (a word that is sometimes misspelled as "Centra" and is a total other thing that ticks me off, but I don't see as often so I'm not gonna rant about it), and a HUMAN ShinRa scientist named Doctor Gast. Well, seeing as how her mom was an Ancient and her dad a human, that would mean she's HALF-Ancient, right? Yeah, tell that to practically EVERYONE out there on the net who keeps calling her "an Ancient," no "half-" before it at all!! Really, people, if you're gonna write/type/text/WHATEVER something about Aerith, at LEAST get her heritage correct and call her a HALF-Ancient and not a full one!! I'm a crazy stickler for technical shit like that, so that's why it bugs the FUCK outta me!! *takes a huge breath in before slowly exhaling it* Okay... I'm done ranting now. Thank you for reading.
