Why my boss sometimes pretends he doesn't hear me
So my co-worker and I were having a meeting with our boss and he was asking us if we had any issues. My co-worker brought up this stupid software which doesn't interface very well- it doesn't print when we ask it to, or it prints weirdly or 893 copies- that sort of thing.
My boss said that this has been a problem software child since it was installed and he didn't think there was any way to fix it.
I said: I can. Just give me a loaded 12 gauge and show me where the server is.
My boss stared and then laughed. And looked way more tempted than he should have.
