And and, I feel really silly but how to do you get eyeliner off without having to place half of your handwash into your eyes? I are a genius with the limited makeup I attempt.

eye makeup remover with a cotton ball usually does the trick. just pick up any brand from the grocery store, loreal or neutrogena, or whatever you prefer.
