Yup. Pretty good, I think. I've been living in this doing-things haze, though, having cleared it, I cannot exactly recall the specifics of the things I was doing.
And all of this without the influence of supplements of any kind!

Jay and I are doing fine, thanks! He didn't have surgery, but he did have a series of strokes a couple years ago. He's recovered just fine from that.

I swear, someone should bottle and sell me by the ounce.
