I think there's a correlation there!!
Each Gokusen season has had at least 1 or 2 Kamen Riders in them!
Season 1
KR Blade: The actor who played Chalice: Morimoto Ryoji
KR 555: The actor who played Kaiba: Izumi Masayuki

Season 2
KR Kabuto: The actor who played Gatak: Sato Tomohito & the actor who played Kabuto: Mizushima Hiro
KR Den-o: The actor who played Zeronos: Nakamura Yuichi
Guest Roll: Ishiguro Hideo who played Kai in KR Den-O

Season 3
KR Decade: The actor who played DiEnd
KR Den-o: Ishiguro Hideo who played Kai in KR Den-O ~ had a more main roll

Movie
Also had the ones above in the movie!
KR W: Morisaki Uin who played Dango in ep 7-8 & Tomita Keisuke who played Jimmy Nakata in ep 23-24
