I feel that there are certain positions a female should not endure and I feel there are certain times she should not be pregnant while in a leadership position.

It starts with the little things, like... as a manager at a large retail store, I refuse to make a female employee clean the male bathrooms. I absolutely refuse to make a girl go in there and clean up a man's pissy floor. I will NEVER give her that position. I also will NOT put a female in charge of clearing out the box-bailer and taking it out back because there is no lighting behind our store and we're located very near downtown Baltimore.

Just the same, I have no problems with a woman being a boss, so long as she's not only experienced and qualified, but has earned that position in that field. Let her get a degree in military tactical history or something... let her study the job she's working for... don't sling her into the spot just to make a statement. And some jobs SHOULD require the female NOT to get pregnant. You wouldn't want a pregnant nun, freshly converted and slung right into a church to be a teacher at a kid's private school, right? If this chick wants to be pregnant, she can do it before or after her term... why must it be smack-dab in the middle of the term? It will distract from her focus of security issues. There is a lot of unrest and tension in the middle east. If this chick takes 16 weeks off and something major happens... how bad would that be?

Anyhow.......stuff.
