Snaps for thee
I find myself totally longing for a good snowstorm. I remember that feeling of sitting on my couch, maybe with my copy of Pride and Prejudice, looking out the big living room window to see the big flakes of snow pouring down from the dark purple sky. No school the next day, some thick socks on my feet, maybe some of those great potato chips I haven't found since I left Ohio... that was just right. I miss it. There was nothing like decorating the house with the whole family, or waking up to hear those little clusters of snowflakes pattering on your window.
Enjoy it, folks, if you've got it. I'd trade you a couple weeks of the tropical sunshine and Pacific waves.
