I saw V For Vendetta on the big screen on Monday evening. Three life-imitates-art-imitates-life things:
1) When the police chief had his big long monolog that draws you in more and more, and he got to a huge climax and finished with "...I don't know. It was just a feeling," the AC in the movie theater puffed on, sending a cold breath down my back.
2) When Evey was talking about how she had initially lived in fear, as she said the line, "Every time I heard a siren..." an ambulance headed noisily down the street just outside the movie theater.
