Dr's & Lunch with Maria
This morning I went to the Dr. for my 18 week appointment. He let me watch Ponyo for over 5 minutes and even commented that I must feel him/her moving around alot. It's true though, recently I can feel Ponyo most of the day. I think s/he's trying to escape the womb, to be honest. Good luck, buddy! Anyways, I asked if he could tell the sex of the baby yet, and he said they usually can't give a for sure answer until 22-24weeks... BUT while we looked around the leg area he said "If it's a boy theres usually a little bit sticking out here. I don't SEE anything there...but I can't say for sure." I have hope! *has her fingers crossed for a little girl* I have to pick up test results next week and after that I'll start going to the birthing hospital for my appointments. =)
Ponyo. Head is on the right side...then arms and body. S/he's getting so big yay!! Still healthy and growing on schedule so I couldn't be happier =)
After that I went to see Maria for lunch in Shibuya. I can't believe it's been over 2 years since we last met! She was one of my favourite homestay student's that we hosted. It was really nice to chat and catch up~~ She's also helping me with the reception counter/guestbook area? at the wedding. We ate lunch, then went to Tokyuu Hands and LOFT to get some last minute craft supplies I needed for the wedding. =)
I mean, she TOLD me the burgers were big here but COME ON! I had the "Escape from TiJuanna Burger" with Jalepenos, chilli, and avacados...SO yummy... and SO hard to eat XD In all my excitement I forgot to take any pictures with Maria ><;

Hiko has been very cute lately. And very funny... I realized the other day.. no matter how many things about him annoy me I don't think I'd find another guy that can act all cutesy and funny the way he does. I love that so much about him. I love when he makes his voice all "cute" XD Can't exaplin though. He tries really hard when I'm stressed or tired and always makes me smile =)
