Madd Style Pigments LIP COLOR!
That's right, you can use your Madd Style pigments as a lip color. To make sure that your eye-safe pigments are ALSO lip safe, look up the original listing in the etsy shop. If the color is NOT lip safe, it is noted in the listing... If it IS, then it doesn't say anything about it ;)
I used MSC Lip Scrub, Lip Bomb, and Brown Suga for this tutorial since I could not find a base and my lips were super red... You can use quite a few of her fun colors as well (oranges, yellows, blues, greens) if you need to, and to mix your own custom lip color... if you have a lip-safe white base, that helps POP the bright colors!
Start off by exfoliating your lips with your lip scrub
Then, wipe of the lip scrub and apply a light coat or lip bomb, just enough to be tacky
With a clean brush, pat on your lip-safe pigment until you get the desired coverage
You can apply gloss, optionally.
