HEJ! i told you it was a spontaneous decision! i don't carry all the addresses with me -_- i don't even have a notebook! i don't even have a pen, tbh :/

omg here it is misty and dark and so depressive -_- do not like! i want summer to come back again!!!!!!
Here they decorated almost everything already! All the shops and the streets have Christmas lights on~~~~~~~~~

But Poland is a catholic country. While Ukraine is orthodox.
It is not a question of being overly religious or not. It is just... December 24th doesn't mean anything for orthodox. It is simply just another day. We just don't have that "Christmas spirit". We have a New Year spirit, but Christmas? no. Our Christmas is on January 7th. but it is more of a tradition that nobody celebrates Christmas on January 7th.

as i said it is more of a tradition that we simply don't have "Christmas" as a holiday. Both of my parents grew up with that. And they raised me with that simply because we do not have Christmas as the catholics celebrate it.

eh? your address? you are my wife? i have a wife? i have your address? who are you? who am i?

Because officially my parents made me an orthodox. And in that part of Christianity we don't have a Santa Claus, nor we celebrate Christmas in December, nor we get presents under our Christmas tree.
All the decorations and the "Christmas tree" are put up to celebrate New Year. You get presents on New Year's eve. And we don't have a Santa Claus, we have a Grandpa Frost.
Heck, the kids in Russia/Ukraine go to school on Christmas (i mean, the Christmas that is celebrated in December) and nobody even considers December 24th a holiday.
Thou, we do have "Christmas" - January 7th. But it is mainly a religious event nobody cares about.
i know, laaaaaaaaaame~~~~~ i always hated it and wanted to celebrate Christmas like all do :/ But yeah, growing up we had a bit different traditions, even if i grew up mostly in Lithuania.
