I know the internet has been flooded with posts about Dimebag, but GO FUCKING FIGURE it happens in Ohio. As if that state couldn't get a worse reputation. Not only is Cleveland the mistake by the lake, Ohio also was the fuck up state of this year's election, Chris Aslip was stabbed in Cincy and now Dimebag was killed in Columbus and Vinnie Paul was shot at too. Seriously, what is fucking next? If you read the article link below it states that the gunman had a motive, a streak of vengeance. Obviously we will never know the TRUE intentions because the gunman was killed by a police officer. Thank goodness too because the psycho would've have killed more people. However, with all the religious zealots out in the midwest... I really really wouldn't be surprised if the motive was to "rid the concert club of evil" and that the gunman was doing the world a favor and getting rid of "devil worship music." I REALLY REALLY wouldn't put it past Ohio fuckbags because anything that isn't country bumpkin style is regarded as heresy. Anyway, in conclusion, I'm glad I got to see Pantera twice when I was in junior high. :) Vulgar Display of Power... can't fuck with that record.
