Yeah I love those pictures. Sadly I didn't take them :/. I'm in this community called rural_ruin and there are some amazing photos in there. If you like that kinda stuff you should check it out.

yay for abandoned places on staten island. have you gone to the boat graveyard thing? there's a really old, tiny cemetery next to it. i'll have to try to remember where exactly it is. it's somewhere on arthur kill road. have you attempted to go to the monastery yet? it's veeery creepy at night if you can find a way in ever since security pretty much blocked off all of the ground level entrances. you also have to be careful because supposedly security from my school is over there a lot since it's right across the street. i can probably think of a few more places if you want...i did a day trip around the island going to creepy places some time last year.

I haven't been to the boat graveyard yet but I've been wanting to! I haven't really heard much about it.. just read one website about it and it seemed pretty cool. I'm definetly gonna go check that out. Suprisingly I have not been to the Monastery yet. I feel like the only one that hasn't been there on staten island hahah. The only reason I havent is because of pictures I've seen it just looks like a bunch of cheesy graffiti.. but I'm sure I'd be scared if I was actually there so I'll probably wind up there one day. :) Theres alot of weird places around Arthur Kill.

the monastery is pretty creepy if you get inside at night, but you have to make sure you don't fall through a hole in the floor haha. me and some friends went there once with the intention of scaring these girls who were in there, but one of my friends fell through a hole and ended up in the hospital. oops.

the reason that it's hard to get in there now is that some frat threw a party in there and ended up catching part of it on fire. after that, the blocked off all of the entrances. it makes me sad.
