(no subject)
WOW! this weekend has s u c k e d..majorly.
i was sick & home from school fri. w/ Bronchitis..the Dr. gave me some meds, but they ended up making me even more sick.
my blood sugars were all over the place, i couldnt keep food down, and i had a 102.6 fever ontop of the bronchitis crap.
since i couldnt keep any food down, my blood sugars ended up dropping really low. so my mom called the dr. and they said w/ the diabetes and all that she should take me to the emergency room.
sooo, i ended up spening most of yesterday & last night in the ER w/ my mom & brother.
i HaTe going to the hospital. omgshhh.
they stuck one of those IV things in my arm and ran fluids though me cuz the dr said i was dehydrated, haha i almost passed out when she put it in me, im such a baby:-P lol
then they gave me some motrin & nausia medicine which ended up knockin' me out.
then they took blood, and ran all kinds of other tests. and then this old lady came in with a wheel chair and told me she was taking me to go get x-rays of my chest..HOLY SHIT, the woman drove me literally like 98327482 mph through out the hospital, i was like white knuckelin' the handle bars of the wheel chair i was holding on so hard..haha yeahhh.
hahaha, there are some interesting people up at the ER..the guy in the room across from me kept trying to figure out who in the building had the hiccups..yeahhhh nobody did. lol yeah idk but it was entertaining..
around 7:30ish the dr. came in & talked to my mom..I dont really remember much of what he said, but he gave me a different prescription for the bronchitis, some nausia medicine, and some ibuprofen. then we left, haha i could barely stay awake in the car.
later on, travis called me to see how i was doing..we talked for a while then he had to go but he said he'd call me back in like 5 minutes. while waiting for him to call back, i crashed out again, lol so when he finally did call me back i was so out of it. i was like 1/2 way awake and 1/2 way..not. haha i honestly dont remember what was said during that conversation, but oh well.
haha then my mom woke me up around 11 telling me to check my blood sugar, eat somethin' & take some more medicine and all i remember is being really grouchy and cussin' up a storm b/c my finger wouldnt bleed so i could check my blood sugar. haha my mom was like "geeze krystal, you were little miss b i a t c h last night.." haha i was like wowww thanks mom ily too!
lol..i feel a little better, but i dont think im going to school tomorrow cuz i still have a 101 fever, but we'll see. now my mom has it. lol..oops ():-)
yeahhh, well im gonna go lay down and watch tv or somethin, i just felt like sharing my wonderful fun filled weekend! :D
