(no subject)
My little sister is living with me... on my couch. She and her roommate had a huge blowout and he kicked her out, so then she and I had to go apartment hunting, and my parents are flakes sometimes, so I had to cosign to get her into a place, cuz I def. don't have room to spare here! So, she's been here about a week, and Feb 1 we should be able to get her moved, and I can have my house back again, and can have sex whenever I want!!!!!!!
Plus, after a month of dodgin calls, my landlord finally had to give in and bring the washer and dryer he promised us when we moved in. Andy dropped off a nasty letter at the office for his boss, and we told him no rent if we don't get the damn appliances.... two days later, he's suddenly back from the dead, and with our stuff... It's a miracle!!!
School and work.... yup, dunno if I mentioned this already, but I bought a road bike, and it is wonderful...light and fast.... I wish Louisville was more bike-friendly so everyone could ride everywhere... its so nice.
I've been applying for new jobs and internships, etc. to get some practice and get my resume ready since I'm planning on working for about a year while I wrap up loose ends from undergrad and do the GRE, graduate program apps, and try to get in a good place financially. Its crazy how I wish some things would just be done al-fucking-ready, but then day to day time flies by. wow.
