haha no, I'll be 20. although I guess the third decade of my life would technically begin when I'm 21. yes? no? now I'm confused. anyway, I'll be turning twenty.

no i still think it's when you're 20. the millenium thing is different because jan 1 of the first year was jan 1 of year one. but with age you don't actually turn one until after one year. so you kind of have a year zero, where your age is just in months.
