1) ETA of the items is 2-3 WEEKS after Pre-order ends. Place your order(s) only if you're able to wait.
2) In case of delays from suppliers or whatsoever, please be patient. Refunds WILL NOT be given in this case.
3) There will only be refunds when item(s) are Out-Of-Stock.
4) Postage
- Normal Postage: First item $1.50; subsequent items $0.50 each
(We are not responsible for any lost mail)
- Registered Postage: First item $3.50; subsequent items $0.50 each
- Mass meet-up: AMK station only. (Monday or Wednesday)
5) Parcels will be mailed out within 1-3 days after arrival of items.
6) We will not be responsible for any damage done during delivery process.
(Our responsibilities are done after parcels are mailed out.)
7) Orders paid after Pre-order ends will be refunded.
8) All prices stated are fix and non-negotiable.
9) Once order has been placed/ paid, there will be no exchange/ refund of items.
10) Payment
- I-banking
- ATM transfer (Clear photo of transaction receipt is required)
11) Only make payment after you've received an invoice.
12) Payments are to be made within 48 hours upon receiving invoice.
