I got my mortgage pre approval, finally, after working in real estate for over a year I am getting a house~!
It's no secret that I am insanely excited, the biggest bummer is that there is nothing really on the market right now that interests me. Of course I have a price range I have to adhere to since I am doing it on my own (mixed feelings about that)
I am keeping it hush hush at the office until it gets time to offer. I'm not sure why, i just think thats best. I told mom and igor and of course chris and JC. I was thinking about asking him to split his commission with me if I let him represent me (I'll be doing all the work anyway, seems resonable.)
I am so excited to get back into some viewings, I love that part. FUN!
Chris has mid terms its boring for me, I want date night!
