BIG NEWS!!!
Well....Jerry found out today where his follow-along base will be when he is done with his 1 year assignment in Honduras next year.
So, you ask, where will we be moving to?
Well..........Macguire AFB in New Jersey.
Yep, New-Fucking-Jersey....Im not too, too thrilled about it. Im trying to be positive. The good side of me is saying "At least its not Japan, Germany or Italy...where I would be really, really far from my loved ones....and that it could be nice. It may be a really nice base."
The other part of me is saying "WHY, why the fuck does it have to be New Jersey." I was hoping to be closer to my mom if we had to move at all..but now, I will be placed even further from her. Shes on the west coast, I will be on the east coast. The east coast and New England is exactly where I did NOT want to go.
But, Fuck, Cant fix it, so I gotta stand it. As Ennis Del Mar from Brokeback Mountain would say.
So anyway..just letting yall know that.
