LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT?
*Shakes her head*
No. I don’t believe in love at first sight. If such a thing existed, then I surely would have been drawn to Sam upon our first introductions. I really believe that in order to be ‘in love’, you have to take the time to get to know that person. Obviously, you could feel an attraction for a person at first sight, but it wouldn’t be love that they are feeling. Not really. Love is something more than skin deep.
*Smiles sadly*
Love is a precious, priceless thing. It’s a really incredible emotion, and anyone who has the joy of experiencing it is blessed. It can hurt so badly though, if something happens to the one that you are enamored to. But that’s just me, getting off the topic again. I’ve probably rambled a bit more than anybody wanted me to.
EVER A GOOD REASON TO GET DRUNK?
*Chuckles*
Can’t say I’ve never experienced what you might consider being ‘blindingly drunk’, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It will leave you with, at the very least, a particularly nasty headache the next morning, and that’s if you get lucky. There have been times where I’ve tried to drink things away…mostly those times where I’m lying awake at night, just…remembering things. So when everything got too hard to handle, I’d have one drink…then two, and well…
*Grimaces*
All of that aside, I’m going to have to mention how stupid people get when they’re drunk. Namely, men. Take that damned sheriff in Green Lake, for example.
As for my final answer; no. There is never a good reason to get blindingly drunk, and it will only make you look senseless, and feel worse than when you started drinking in the first place.
