LMAO anonymous, you sound so funny and uneducated. first i want to tell you a story.

there was once an apartment leasing company named, oh let's call them Elk Ranch, who once tried to screw me out of a deposit and charge me a lot of extra money for repairs. well, they broke the law by not sending me the itemized deductions within the 45 days stated by the law. i took them to court and won my deposit back. i recieved my itemized deduction on the 46th day, just one day after the law states, but the judge ruled in my favor because one day is all that matters.

see judges don't care about what's funny. they only care about what the law says and the law says it's illegal to sexually harass in the workplace or to encourage sexual harassment by making employees dress a certain way (for example like what happened to me). there are many previous cases that states it's a violation of Title VII (not that i expect you to understand any of this law lingo, i know it must be overwhelming for someone so uneducated).

if you want to educate yourself i suggest you look up the following cases or codes:
EEOC v Newton Inn Assocaites
Marnetette v Michigan Host, Inc.
Priest v Rotary
Section 12947.5 California Government Code

so likewise, i'm not too worried about whether or not i have a case. because i do have a case.

ANYWAY.... in other news, i completed my enlistment today. the government offically owns me for the next 6 years. hoo-rah! i enlisted in the weather progam. kind of iffy about the whole thing but it's something i'll be happy i did in about a year.

so many things happening right now. it's nice to get back on track :)
