I AM SO GLAD YOU LIKED IT!
I originally didn't claim your prompt, but I was just so intrigued with it, that the story started unfolding by itself in my head and eventually I gave in. I'm just so in love with the idea of this AU, like really, really in love. It was so much fun thinking up systems for the rune/magic thing, and yes, I must admit I really enjoyed writing the character dynamics, with Yixing teasing and Yifan being ultimately awkward.

;; Oh you did soooo good! I was so glad someone grabbed onto the prompt, because modern fantasy AUs don't seem too popular. I also really, really liked that you incorporated the weight of their zodiac signs. What a nice twist! So, good job, good job! :D

Omg, I'm so happy that you like the zodiac part! I came up with it pretty much at the beginning, because I wanted some system behind the magic and decided to link the flow of energy to zodiacs. But I wasn't sure if I wasn't stretching the prompt too far, by incorporating astrology. Went with the idea though because I just loved it too much (and I wanted Yixing's off-handed comment about scorpios just so bad hahahha), so I'm overjoyed that was to your liking as well :D
I'm sorry if I ramble a bit. Out of all my kissfanxing works, this universe is by far the one that intrigued me the most x)
