in pain

went to alpine last night and meet chase and cole up there..... it was ok but i almost killed myself..Cole and chase wanted me to go on the Hand Rail and so i didnt and i tryed to board slide it and i feel really hard and got a cuncusstion so that was great and ha i dont even remember how i feel!!

so right now my head is killing me and im just in a lot of pain!!

ill be ok i hope
