I heart Rummage too!
The last few days have been me frantically trying to get my act together, meangin finishing my project for critique on Monday, reading Secure the Shadow and doing my book report for Tuesday, and trying to get prints together to sell at the School of Art Open on Friday. I didn't get to the actual homework assignment that was due Tuesday, but I did good on my book report and I asked her if was ok to bring the questions on Thursday (it was ok). I got all my prints for sale done last night and even got 2/20 completed with the mat and signed. So that leaves me the following to accomplish tonight:
*Go to Fred Meyers in Burien and buy more mats (since I bought out all the ones at my Fred Meyers).
*Go to JoAnn's to get more of the roll on sticky stuff to attach the mats to the paper - and look for more matts if I need them.
*If for some reason the other two places didn't have enough, go to Bensen Fred Meyer to get more mats (I need 14 more off-white, double mats).
*Go home and cut out all the paper to fit the mats, secure the paper to the mats, and sign them all.
*Print out stickers for the backs with my info (yay, I get to use my cute butterfly logo for the first time!).
*Package all the prints, and price them.
*Create an inventory list of what I am taking, since they specifically said they don't take inventory.
*Read the chapter in Wells and do the study questions that are already late.
*Balance my checkbook, pay bills (maybe I will do that instead of working right now).
*Entertain my Dad, who is coming over for diner.
All that and I am not supposed to get off work until 7pm. Well at least it is 5:30 already. I think what I am going to do instead of what I am supposed to be doing right now is pay my bills, and then leave early, hopefully at least by 6:30. I already have to come into work on Saturday anyways, so I will just work a little longer then.
Since I already did these prints for the Open, I am going to contact the I Heart Rummage people about getting a booth for 5/1. I am kind of waiting to see how they sell Friday first.
