Personality: Pacha, above everything else, is a nice guy. He has instilled into him morals and values which he takes and wholeheartedly believes in. He truly takes to heart the saying: Treat others as you want to be treated. He is fair and would like to think others hold the same standards that he holds himself. He isn't judgmental, he would go the distance for nearly anyone, including those outside his family and village.
He is also very practical, and considers simple solutions the best. He dislikes extravagance, though after Kuzco he's come to tolerate it a bit more. He really prefers life on his farm where he can work with his hands and earn his own living. He doesn't want to rely on others for support. He also is a good leader considering his practicality; he knows how to manage people and delegate tasks. Though he's laid back he can command attention when he needs to.
However, even Pacha has a breaking point. If you prove to be beyond redemption in Pacha's eyes he can prove to be very stubborn and against dealing with you...
Well until he decides maybe you can be redeemed again, which is very very likely.
Canon Background:
AU Background:Exactly the same as the movie. However once the black mist started moving in, Pacha took on the responsibility of making sure his village in Kuzcotopia was evacuated. He decided to come to the Academy after receiving an invitation, to watch after Kuzco in particular, as well as find a safe place for his family.
