Drive-By Update
I seem to be getting into a bad habit of just doing these sort of drive-by updates. Here's what I've got for today...
* Got pics back from recent troupe photo shoot - I am pretty happy with the pics of me from this shoot. Finally have pics of/in gold "Samia Gamal" costume!
* Went to Fish Store and bought Maracyn 2; Chicken's new treatment has begun. Fish store guys started to try to slyly condescend to me, but I had pharmacist boyfriend in tow, who, silent up to that point, suddenly began talking about the drugs in question in such detail that the fish guys were more or less reduced to blubbering, posturing boobs. Yeay!
* Bought a new/better DVD player in our charity Silent Auction at work yesterday - more yeay!
* Planning to go see Infusion perform tonight - have just been waiting for the smoking ban to go into effect (I just KNEW it would). Hooray!
* Found out I don't have a half-day off to schedule for work... I have 2 and a half days off to schedule! I am a little confused as to where the two days came from - I clearly did some mental math wrong at some point - but now I have the happy task of deciding which Tuesdays and Thursdays I would like to not show up for work between now and 12/31. ;)
Summary: Life is good. :)
